Rates:
Room rates are double occupancy and include a continental plus breakfast. Add $20 for an extra person and subtract $5 for a single occupant. A 10% discount is given for a 7 night or more stay. Single night rates are an additional $10 per night when they are available.

Deposit:
A confirmation deposit equal to one night or one-third of the total (whichever is greater) is required with your reservation. Deposits are charged to your credit card to confirm your reservation. All balances are due in full at check-in. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express ).

Cancellation:
Reservations require cancellation 14 days prior to reservation date to receive a refund less $20. For cancellations with shorter notice, funds are withheld to cover each night the room is not rented.
Summer rates: June – September

Policies:
* Children under age 1 free
* Well-behaved and supervised children welcome
* Smoking outside only
* No pet accommodations
* 2-night minimum during busy months (call for availability if you desire a single night)
* Check in 4:00-6:00 pm
